Our Handmade Process:

Apparel:
All of our apparel is made-to-order with some of the most high quality dresses and t-shirts. We personally do not like to wear cheap fabrics so we would not want to offer a similar experience to our customers. All apparel is brand new and has not been used or tried on by any customers. All apparels have been designed and printed by California & Hong Kong Printing Companies.

Shipping

  • Our apparel usually ships within 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail from California, CA.
Please make sure the mailing address you provide is correct and complete. If your shipment is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you may be required to repay the shipping fee. If you would like to upgrade your shipping or have any other specific shipping needs, please contact us before purchasing.

We will be closed in observance of all federal holidays (opm.gov/fedhol/). Shipments may take slightly longer if ordered during or before holiday closures.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Any import fees or taxes (Customs fees) levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Such fees are not covered by shipping & handling fees that we collect. We are not able to discount, alter, or reimburse Customs duties.

Refunds + Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

If there is an error with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order & we will get your order corrected immediately. Do NOT throw away item or shipping material. We will need you to provide us with photos so we can file a damage claim with the USPS. Pictures of damaged item/packaging need to be sent to [email protected]. We cannot issue a refund without evidence of damage (both packaging & damaged item). 

If your item is lost in transit or if it says delivered and you did not receive, it is your responsibility to contact USPS

Additional Policies

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition with packing slip, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CUSTOM - ORDERS


We love custom orders but we are also limited on resources to do so. We will take custom orders as the availabilities becomes available! Please send us an email at [email protected] to inquire about our availability.
All artwork submitted must be owned by the customer or be authorized by the copyright/trademark holder.

WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT 

We accept wholesale orders on our apparel, coffee mugs, and wall decals. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
